I just realized it’s been forever since I updated this page — you guys must think New York swallowed me whole!
I’ve been very busy, though, so don’t you fret. Gigs have been crazy all through June, complete with me landing my first steady Sunday gig, every week at the Gael Pub from 7 to 10, on 83rd and 3rd, on the Big Island. Thanks to Dan Donnelly for the hand-off, and for lending me his PA while he’s off enjoying his honeymoon with Tania. If you’ve met them, you know they’re awesome.
I’m dapping Pittsburgh at the end of the month — coming in Thursday morning, playing the Backstage Bar from 5 to 7:30, probably hanging out somewhere that night, then doing an in-store at Borders in East Liberty Friday at 8:00 before hopping in a car headed for Jersey. I don’t yet have a July or August visit planned — hopefully the two gigs will inspire me to book a few more trips!
If you haven’t gotten your copy of Boy Meets Girl yet, rest assured that there are more awaiting your order. You can click at the top of my MySpace, or go to CD Baby, or order it from iTunes and show The Man that I sell stuff! Any way you slice it, I appreciate your business.

There will be a release party in March — however, I am going to have the actual CD’s before that party has its venue.
If you pre-order using the link at the right, I will mail you a disc at the same time as I mail them to the press and radio people — we’re talking mid-February at the latest!

Well, we’ve finally gotten the master back for “Boy Meets Girl,” and I’m very happy with it. There’s a small bit of tweaking before we go to final packaging, but we are definitely going to have this thing out in March.
To celebrate, I’ve started adding songs to my MySpace. “I Love You” was added this past Saturday, and I’ll be adding a new song every Saturday until the release happens. Eventually we hope to have the PaulPod back up and running, but until then, the MySpace player will have to do. We’ll get a store up in here too, so we can start taking pre-orders (note: if you pre-order, I will send the CD to you when the pallet hits my porch, meaning you will likely get the CD before it’s released. That’s right: You’ll have it BEFORE IT EVEN EXISTS.)
The time has also come to decide where I’m going to hold the release party. If anybody has a suggestion, I’m open to them, and I’m weighing a few options myself.
